The primary goal is to run 100 miles solo on the trails from Colorado Springs to Denver on a whole foods, low carb high fat diet! Bring it on!
1st - Search & Rescue Run 10 km
10 - PPRR Winter Race I - 7 Miles
24 - PPRR Winter Race II - 8 Miles
February
14 - PPRR Winter Race III - 10 Miles
20-21 - Speak at Boulder Running Clinic
(Low carb and ketogenic diets, High Intensity Training, and Optimizing Recovery)
28 - PPRR Winter Race IV - 20 km
March
14 - Run Through Time Trail Marathon
April
12 - Xterra Cheyenne Mtn Trail 24 km
25 - Runs With Scissors Trail 50 km

6 - Xterra Turkey Track Marathon

19 - Xterra Beaver Creek 20 km
August
1 - 31 Miles for 31 Heroes
22 - Volunteer at Leadville 100

20 - Xterra Nationals (13.1 Miles)

25 - Colorado Springs REI to Denver REI Flagship (100 Miles) !!!
